8 oz Spaghetti or Rice Noodles
½ cup Spicy Thai Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Brown Sugar
5-6 Tbsp Warm Water
Vegetables such as sliced bell pepper, carrots, or scallions
Protein such as shredded chicken, thinly sliced beef, or baked tofu
Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar and warm water in bowl until combined. Pour sauce onto cold or warm noodles and toss to coat. Add optional vegetables or protein. Dig in and enjoy!
