Ingredients
1/3 cup Spicy Thai Peanut Butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Juice of 1 lime (approximately 1 tbsp)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Whisk together. Start adding warm water until thinned to your desired consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste. Grill chicken and veggies, serve with rice and drizzle with PB sauce. Dig in and enjoy!
