Spicy Thai Peanut Butter Noodles

Here is a tasty and quick fix for lunch or dinner. Great cold or hot. You can also use the sauce to dip vegetables, spring rolls or marinate some chicken. The beauty lies in the flexibility of adding whatever vegetables or protein you desire. The bold and complex flavors is sure to impress guests and your taste buds with mere minutes of effort...   


8 oz Spaghetti or Rice Noodles

½ cup Spicy Thai Peanut Butter

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

2 tsp Brown Sugar

5-6 Tbsp Warm Water(As thin or thick as you like)

Optional: Vegetables(Sliced bell pepper, carrots, or scallions). Protein(shredded chicken, thinly sliced beef, or baked tofu).


Whisk ingredients in bowl until combined. Pour sauce onto cold or warm noodles and any extra vegetable or proteins you want to add. Toss together until evenly coated. Dig in and enjoy!

¾ c butter (softened)

¾ c brown sugar

¾ c sugar

¾ c Garam Masala Peanut Butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 ¾ c flour

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking soda


Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugars. Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla and mix until just uniform. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until combined. Place onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool, eat and enjoy!

10 oz Marshmallows (About 40 large)

4 tablespoons Butter

½ cup Honey Chipotle Peanut Butter

6 cups Rice Crispies



In a pot large enough to hold all ingredients, melt butter on low heat. Stir in marshmallows until melted and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until mixture is evenly mixed. When uniform, add in rice crispies and stir until completely coated. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Cool, cut and enjoy.
