Ingredients

1/3 cup flour

1/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup Oregon Chocolate Hazelnut Spread or Espresso Nib Peanut Butter
Chocolate Coating

1 tsp coconut oil

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Garnishes: sea salt, ground espresso, chopped almonds, cacao powder
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Scoop a tablespoon of the mix and roll into ball. Place on plate. Repeat for remaining mixture. Place plate in freezer for 15 minutes. While bites are chilling, melt coconut oil and chocolate chips on a double boiler. Remove bites from freezer and coat in chocolate mixture. Place on plate and sprinkle with garnishes of choice. Return to freezer to chill for another 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
